Transaction Structures of Talistowns™
1. If you sell outright there is no math to consider. Typically we pay fair market value as determined by our Real Estate Professionals.
2. If you wish to assign for development, you probably want a role in your project. In that case we might put your real estate under contract pending assignment to an affiliated real estate developer, who is active in your area. Typically this means you are removing an existing real estate listing for between three and six months without guarantees that the assignment will be successful (please note: your Real Estate Professional may take back-up offers).
3. If you wish to accomplish builder affiliation, you become a Talishouse™ dealer or Talishouse™ distributor. In that case, buy a cottage from us: you will learn how to build our products and what is necessary for Talistowns™ to work, and you will have a show home - the prerequisite for builder affiliation.
