Referral Partners

Referral Fees
up to 5%
Registration Fee:
$450 annually, plus $50 per month. Each referral pays up to triple that.
Referral Partners observe local real estate markets and submit opportunities they perceive to be possible locations for UDomes™ objects or projects.
Referral Partners collect when projects result within one year of submissions.
A typical Referral Fee per unit will be between $1,500 and $3,000, gross.
No SPLITS
Subject to PAC (Percentage Allocation Credit - a contribution to the advertising collective).

Co-Promoters

Prerequisite:
a Show Dome

Referral Fees
up to 10%
Registration Fee:
$450 annually, plus $50 per month, reimbursed through Show Dome purchase..
Co-Promoters are more pro-active, scheduling Open Houses around their Show Domes and actively seek cottage and activities they enjoy.
Co-Promoters collect when projects result within one year of submissions.
A typical Referral Fee per unit will be between $3,000 and $6,000, gross.
No SPLITS

SPLITS Partners

Prerequisite:
a Show Dome and
Assembly Crew

Procurement Margins
up to 20%
Registration Fee:
$450 annually, plus $50 per month, reimbursed through Show Dome purchase..
SPLITS stands for 'Simple Project Lead & Income Tracking System'. SPLITS partners share in revenue, top down and bottom up, inversely proportional.
SPLITS Partners never even pay for Procurement Margins, which represent an instant discount.
A typical Procurement Margin will be between $6,000 and $12,000, gross.
Inversely proportional SPLITS
80/20 top down (UDomes™ product);
20/80 bottom up (pre and post assembly jobs).
